If you are looking to cancel your spot for a PopupVillage season, refunds are processed to the original payment method according to the schedule below.
Conditions of Refund

| Until 30 days before the event | 100% refund |
| Until 7 days before the event | 50% refund |
| Within 7 days of the event | No refund |
Funding Threshold Refunds
If a PopupVillage season does not reach its minimum funding threshold, the season does not run and every pledge is refunded in full, regardless of the date.
